We are not a startup. Do you work with established businesses?
Yes, and it is most of what we do. The second track is operations heavy companies, usually between fifty and five hundred people, where the software that runs the business has gaps the team fills by hand. That work looks like systems integration, application modernization or a custom tool replacing a spreadsheet that several people depend on.
Our ERP does not do what we need. Do you replace it?
Usually not, and we will say so early. Replacing a working system of record is expensive and rarely the cheapest fix. More often the problem is the work happening beside the ERP: a schedule in a spreadsheet, a certificate nobody can produce, data retyped between two systems. We build that layer. If you are still choosing a system, our guide to manufacturing software companies explains how the rankings work and who writes them.
Our Dynamics GP support ends in 2029. What should we be doing now?
Start with an inventory rather than a demo: every spreadsheet, export, report and integration attached to GP, and who maintains each one. Microsoft ends Dynamics GP support on 31 December 2029, with security patches until 30 April 2031, so there is time to do this properly. Those spreadsheets will not migrate to anything, and they are the specification for what you actually need.
How much does an MVP cost?
An MVP cost depends on scope, so the free estimator above gives a range in about a minute. We run two delivery tracks: a blended Startup and SMB squad at roughly $24 to $45 an hour, and a senior-only Scale and enterprise pod at roughly $75 to $120.
The enterprise pod adds architecture and security review, compressed timelines and SLA-backed response, which is what a regulated or operations critical build needs. Any figure before a conversation is a guide rather than a quote. After a short call you get a fixed, line-by-line price.
How fast can you start?
Discovery can usually start within a week. Dedicated engineers can typically join your team within one to two weeks.
Do I own the code?
Yes. Everything we build, code, designs, content and accounts, belongs to you. We work in your repositories or transfer everything at handover.
I built my MVP with AI (Cursor, Lovable, Bolt, Claude Code). Can you help?
Yes, and it's one of our favourite starting points. You've already proven the idea. We review what the AI built, fix security and reliability issues, and get it production-ready without a full rewrite whenever possible.
Can you take over an existing project?
Yes. We start with a short code and product audit, tell you honestly what to keep or fix, and then continue development.
Do you do SEO as well?
Yes. SEO sits inside our go-to-market work: technical SEO and site speed, keyword and content strategy, on-page optimisation and schema, plus programmatic SEO where we generate hundreds of targeted pages from structured data. Voliom Automate, our own directory, was built exactly that way.
Do you only work with startups?
Startups are our focus, but we also help established businesses launch new products, automate operations and modernize their web presence.
How do we communicate?
A shared Slack or Teams channel, a live project board, a weekly demo call and written async updates. You'll always have a single point of contact.
