About

A small team that builds and then sells what it builds

Most agencies do one half. Engineering firms hand you a product and wish you luck finding customers. Marketing agencies promote something they could not have built. Voliom does both, which is unusual, and it is the only reason we are worth hiring over a cheaper specialist.

Who runs this

You will be talking to the people doing the work

Co-founder

Fasih Ullah Ghafoor

Engineering lead and the person who scopes most projects. Builds the products below, writes the code on client work, and is the one who tells you when a project should be smaller than you asked for. Reach him directly at fasi.ullah@voliom.com or on LinkedIn.

We are a remote team working US business hours. Engineering sits in Pakistan, clients are mostly in the United States, and we keep genuine overlap with the US day. We put that on the page rather than in a footnote, because you would find out anyway and we would rather you found out now.

Proof

Things we built for ourselves

The strongest claim an agency can make is that it lives with its own decisions. These are ours.

Rolindip

rolindip.com

An affiliate and creator platform. We run go-to-market programmes on it for clients, which is unusual: most agencies recommend channels they have never had to operate themselves.

Skyhigh Finance

skyhigh.finance

A finance product built and shipped by the same team that would build yours.

TruckRadar

Logistics and fleet software, built around the problem of loads and locations nobody could see in one place. It is why our logistics and manufacturing work is not theoretical.

Voliom Automate

Our own directory, built with programmatic SEO. The same technique we use on client sites, tested on ours first.

How we work

Five things we actually hold to

We tell you when you should not buy

There are sections on this site explaining when our own services are the wrong purchase. That costs us deals and keeps the ones worth having.

Fixed scope before code

You get a line-by-line quote after a call, not a range that moves once work starts.

You own everything

Code, designs, content and accounts. We work in your repository or transfer everything at handover. No per-record fees and nothing held hostage.

Weekly demos, not status reports

Work that cannot be shown is work that has drifted. You see something clickable every week.

AI is part of how we build

We use AI tooling every day and we are open about it. What we charge for is knowing when the output is wrong, which is still the part that has to be human.

What we are not

Being clear about the limits

We are not a large agency and we do not have a bench of a hundred engineers. We do not hold penetration testing certifications and we do not claim them. We have not been doing this for twenty years. If your requirement is a vendor with a procurement-friendly logo wall, we are the wrong choice and we would rather say so now than three calls in.

What you get instead is senior people doing the work directly, honest scoping, and a team that has shipped its own products rather than only other people's.

FAQ

Common questions

Who actually does the work?

The same people you talk to. Voliom is small on purpose: the person who scopes your project is the person who writes the code or sits next to whoever does. There is no account manager layer between you and the work, and no handover to a team you never met after signing.

Where are you based?

We are a remote team working US business hours. Our engineering is based in Pakistan, our clients are mostly in the United States, and we keep real overlap with the US day rather than claiming to and sending updates at midnight. We say this plainly because you will find out anyway, and the companies that mind should know early.

How big is the team?

Small enough that we turn down work we cannot staff properly, and we would rather tell you that than take the project and figure it out later. For larger builds we scale with engineers we have worked with before, not whoever is available.

What do you not do?

Penetration testing, 24/7 monitoring, incident response and anything requiring certification we do not hold. Industrial control systems. Design-only engagements. We also turn down projects where the real problem is a process rather than software, because the software will not fix it.

Do you own anything you built yourselves?

Yes, and it is the best evidence we can give you. Rolindip, Skyhigh Finance, TruckRadar and Voliom Automate are our own products, which means we have lived with our own architecture decisions instead of handing them over and moving on.
