NetSuite integration

NetSuite integration, built properly

We connect NetSuite to Salesforce or HubSpot, ecommerce, a warehouse system and BI tools, so connecting NetSuite without paying for a connector licence per record stops being somebody's weekly job.

The honest part

What usually goes wrong

NetSuite's saved searches are often faster and cheaper than the record APIs for reads, and knowing that early changes the cost of the project.

We find this in the first few days rather than in month two, which is the whole point of scoping before quoting. NetSuite exposes SuiteTalk REST, SOAP and SuiteScript, and that decides most of the design.

What you get

Every integration we ship includes

  • A staging environment you test against before production data moves.
  • Retries and a dead letter queue, so a failed sync is visible instead of silent.
  • A log of every record written, so you can answer "why did this change".
  • Alerts when the other side changes its API or a token expires.
  • Documentation and the repository, handed to you at the end.

FAQ

Common questions

Can you connect NetSuite to a system with no public API?

Often yes. Where there is no API we use a read-only database connection, a scheduled export, or a file drop the other system already produces. It is less elegant and it works. We tell you which approach applies after looking at your setup.

How long does a NetSuite integration take?

A one-way sync with clean data on both sides is usually two to four weeks including testing. Two-way sync, or messy historical data that needs cleaning first, runs four to eight weeks. You get a fixed scope and a date before we start.

What does a NetSuite integration cost to build and to run?

Build cost depends on how many objects you sync and whether it runs both ways, and we quote it line by line after a technical call. Running cost is usually a few dollars a month of serverless hosting, plus occasional maintenance when NetSuite or the other vendor changes their API.

Do we own the integration?

Yes. The code lives in your repository, runs on your infrastructure, and there is no per-record or per-seat fee. If you stop working with us it keeps running.
