Salesforce integration

Salesforce integration, built properly

We connect Salesforce to SAP or NetSuite, a data warehouse, a customer portal and billing, so moving large volumes between Salesforce and the systems of record without hitting governor limits stops being somebody's weekly job.

The honest part

What usually goes wrong

Bulk API behaves differently from the REST API on validation and triggers, so a sync that passes in sandbox can fail at volume in production.

We find this in the first few days rather than in month two, which is the whole point of scoping before quoting. Salesforce exposes REST, Bulk and Streaming APIs, and that decides most of the design.

What you get

Every integration we ship includes

  • A staging environment you test against before production data moves.
  • Retries and a dead letter queue, so a failed sync is visible instead of silent.
  • A log of every record written, so you can answer "why did this change".
  • Alerts when the other side changes its API or a token expires.
  • Documentation and the repository, handed to you at the end.

FAQ

Common questions

Can you connect Salesforce to a system with no public API?

Often yes. Where there is no API we use a read-only database connection, a scheduled export, or a file drop the other system already produces. It is less elegant and it works. We tell you which approach applies after looking at your setup.

How long does a Salesforce integration take?

A one-way sync with clean data on both sides is usually two to four weeks including testing. Two-way sync, or messy historical data that needs cleaning first, runs four to eight weeks. You get a fixed scope and a date before we start.

What does a Salesforce integration cost to build and to run?

Build cost depends on how many objects you sync and whether it runs both ways, and we quote it line by line after a technical call. Running cost is usually a few dollars a month of serverless hosting, plus occasional maintenance when Salesforce or the other vendor changes their API.

Do we own the integration?

Yes. The code lives in your repository, runs on your infrastructure, and there is no per-record or per-seat fee. If you stop working with us it keeps running.
